Weighted Neck and Body Wrap - UNSCENTED Individually packaged with use instructions our neck and body wraps are made from all-natural ingredients. - Unscented white rice - 100% cotton | double layer - 19" x 4.5" - Full use instructions and ingredients printed on label How To Use: FOR HEAT THERAPY: Fold the wrap in half and place in the microwave. Heat in 30 to 40-second increments until desired warmth is achieved (not longer than 1 minute). Warning - *Do not overheat. *Do not heat for more than 1 minute.
FOR COLD THERAPY: Store or place in freezer for an hour before use. Spot clean with clean damp cloth only. Do not launder. Caution: This product contains small pieces and is not recommended for children under the age of three.
